The Level Up Membership Program is a vendor credit system designed to help businesses build strong credit while gaining access to valuable digital and physical products. Each membership tier includes tradelines that report monthly to Dun & Bradstreet, Experian Business, and Equifax Business, helping you strengthen your business credit profile.
Each membership comes with two tradelines:
•Business Rewards Account (BRA): A fixed-limit tradeline included at signup.
•Level Up Card (LUC): Unlockable after 4 months of on-time payments OR immediately with add-on options (Fast Track or Max-Out).
•Both tradelines report monthly to the business credit bureaus.
Yes — the Level Up Card starts smaller than the Business Rewards Account but gradually grows until it matches the Business Rewards Account limit.
•Baseline Unlock: LUC unlocks after 4 on-time payments + $50 service fee.
•Option A – Fast Track ($125): Unlock immediately and grow faster (3 months instead of ~6).
•Option B – Max-Out ($200): Unlock immediately at the maximum tradeline limit for your tier.
The Business Rewards Account does not grow — only the Level Up Card grows to match it.
Membership fees are annual and must be paid upfront (not financed):
•Starter → $99/year
•Growth → $149/year
•Pro → $199/year
These fees are required to keep your tradelines active and reporting.
Each tradeline requires a minimum spend every month to remain active and report.
•Starter Tier: $65 (BRA only) or $120 (BRA + LUC, includes $5 Rewards Access Fee).
•Growth Tier: $80 (BRA only) or $135 (BRA + LUC, includes $5 Rewards Access Fee).
•Pro Tier: $95 (BRA only) or $150 (BRA + LUC, includes $5 Rewards Access Fee).
Both digital products (ebooks, templates, toolkits) and physical products (stationery, office kits, candles, oils, soaps, curated bundles) qualify toward the minimum spend.
Each tier has strict order and monthly caps to protect businesses from overextending:
•Starter → $1,500/order, $1,500/month.
•Growth → $3,500/order, $3,500/month.
•Pro → $7,500/order, $7,500/month.
If you need to place an order above your caps:
•Provide a 50% upfront deposit, OR
•Ensure at least 30% of the order consists of digital products.
•A $50 one-time service fee is required to activate the Level Up Card.
•If you choose Fast Track ($125) or Max-Out ($200), the $50 service fee still applies.
•Membership, service, and add-on fees must be paid at checkout and are not eligible for Net-30 billing.
•Orders are billed on Net-30 terms.
•30% upfront deposit is required at checkout.
•The remaining 70% is due in 30 days.
•One open invoice is allowed per tradeline at a time. After an invoice opens, that tradeline is locked for 7 days before new orders can be placed.
•We accept ACH, debit cards, and credit cards.
Rewards Packs are $25 product bundles that count toward your Loyalty Bonus Line spend. Each Pack
adds extra entries into Level Up Rewards and offers milestone bonuses at 5, 10, and 20 Packs.
Members also receive automatic entries each month (Starter = 1, Growth = 2, Pro = 3, Elite = 4).
•Payments not made within 30 days are reported as late to the bureaus.
•Multiple late payments may pause your reporting, stop tradeline growth, or result in account suspension or closure.
Yes. Rewards Packs are optional $25 product bundles that:
•Count toward your monthly store spend (on bundled plans).
•Add extra entries into monthly prize draws.
•Provide milestone bonuses when you purchase multiple packs (5, 10, or 20).
Milestone Rewards give you bonus entries when you buy multiple Rewards Packs in the same month:
•5 Packs = +5 bonus entries.
•10 Packs = +15 bonus entries.
•20 Packs = +40 bonus entries + Winners Spotlight feature.
We report monthly to:
•Dun & Bradstreet
•Experian Business
•Equifax Business
Each active tradeline is reported separately.
Digital Products: Ebooks, toolkits, planners, templates, strategy guides.
Physical Products: Office supplies, branded stationery, candles, soaps, fragrance oils, wax burners, curated bundles, executive kits.
Yes, you can cancel, but:
•Membership fees, service fees, and add-ons are non-refundable.
•If you cancel, all reporting will stop, and your tradelines will be closed.
If you want to place larger orders or accelerate your tradeline growth:
•Use Option A – Fast Track ($125) to speed up growth.
•Use Option B – Max-Out ($200) to unlock the ceiling immediately.
•Or provide a larger upfront deposit (50%) for big orders.
