These policies apply to all memberships, tradelines, and purchases with Tier One Vendor Group. By joining our program, you agree to these rules.
1. Tradelines & Membership Structure
•Each membership tier includes:
•Business Rewards Account (BRA): Fixed limit per tier, does not grow.
•Level Up Card (LUC): Starts smaller and grows to match the BRA limit. Unlocks after 4 on-time payments + $50 service fee, or immediately with add-on options (Fast Track or Max-Out).
•All tradelines are closed-loop and can only be used for purchases inside Tier One Vendor Group stores.
•Tradelines are reported monthly to Dun & Bradstreet, Experian Business, and Equifax Business.
2. Unlock & Add-On Options
•Baseline Unlock: Level Up unlocks after 4 on-time monthly payments + $50 service fee.
•Option A – Fast Track ($125 + $50 service fee): Unlock immediately at the starting limit; grows to the tier ceiling in ~3 months.
•Option B – Max-Out ($200 + $50 service fee): Unlock immediately at the maximum limit for your tier.
•All add-on fees and service fees are one-time charges, paid at checkout and not eligible for Net-30.
3. Membership Fees
•Membership fees are annual (not monthly):
•Starter → $99/year
•Growth → $149/year
•Pro → $199/year
•Membership fees must be paid upfront and are not refundable.
•Memberships must remain active to maintain tradeline reporting.
4. Minimum Monthly Store Spend
•A minimum monthly purchase is required to keep tradelines active and reporting.
•Required minimums:
•Starter: $65 (BRA only) or $120 (BRA + LUC, includes $5 Rewards Access Fee).
•Growth: $80 (BRA only) or $135 (BRA + LUC, includes $5 Rewards Access Fee).
•Pro: $95 (BRA only) or $150 (BRA + LUC, includes $5 Rewards Access Fee).
•The $5 Rewards Access Fee is baked into bundled spend amounts.
5. Spending Caps & Large Orders
•Order and monthly limits apply:
•Starter → $1,500/order, $1,500/month.
•Growth → $3,500/order, $3,500/month.
•Pro → $7,500/order, $7,500/month.
•To exceed caps, customers must:
•Provide a 50% upfront deposit, or
•Make sure at least 30% of the order is digital products.
6. Invoices & Payment Terms
•Payments on all orders follow Net-30 terms:
•30% upfront deposit at checkout.
•70% due in 30 days (Net-30 billing).
•One open invoice is allowed per tradeline at a time. After opening an invoice, that tradeline is locked for 7 days before a new order can be opened.
•Accepted payment methods: ACH, debit card, and credit card.
7. Rewards Program
•Members automatically receive monthly entries into our Level Up Rewards Program:
•Starter → 1 entry/month.
•Growth → 2 entries/month.
•Pro → 3 entries/month.
•Bonus entries for active tradelines: +1 for Level Up Card.
•Rewards Packs: $25 each. Add entries and count toward bundled store spend.
•Milestone Rewards:
•5 Packs → +5 bonus entries.
•10 Packs → +15 bonus entries.
•20 Packs → +40 bonus entries + Winners Spotlight feature.
•A free, no-purchase entry method is available. Odds depend on total entries received.
8. Late Payments & Account Reviews
•Invoices unpaid after 30 days are reported as late.
•Consistent late payments may result in suspension, limit reduction, or account closure.
•Memberships must be current, and minimum spends met, to keep tradelines active.
9. Refunds & Adjustments
•Membership fees, service fees, and add-ons are non-refundable.
•We may adjust tradeline limits, terms, or requirements to ensure responsible use.
10. Compliance
•Members must be authorized officers of their business.
•Business details (such as EIN, address, and legal structure) must be valid and verifiable.
•Fraudulent applications may result in termination and forfeiture of all fees.
